I had an issue with my chain and contacted them about the warranty, thinking it would be straightforward. Instead, I ended up waiting in the support queue forever just to get a response.
When they finally did reply, it felt like they kept asking me for the same information over and over. The whole thing dragged on way longer than it should have, and I got tired of checking for updates.
In the end, the warranty didn’t really help me at all. It was frustrating, annoying, and not the kind of experience that makes me want to order from them again.

I was just trying to place my order, but the checkout kept freezing. Every time I thought it might finally go through, it froze again. At first I thought it felt fine, then after using it for a bit I started questioning whether it’s actually authentic or not. It’s not bad-looking at all, just kind of leaves me second-guessing

Customer service did get back to me in the end, but like I said, it took longer than I expected. They were able to fix my issue, so I can’t complain too much, but like I said, the replies just weren’t very quick.

I ended up needing to exchange my chain for a different size, which was kind of my fault for not double-checking. It took a little bit of time, but support got back to me and helped sort it out without much hassle.

It looks nice overall, especially from a little distance, and the shine is definitely there. Up close, though, it felt a bit too flashy for me, but maybe that’s just because I’m picky with jewelry. I think the photos made it look a little cleaner than it does in person. Not bad at all, just not quite what I was expecting.

It was an okay gift overall, but definitely check the sizing before buying so you don’t end up looking like an idiot. The box was plain too, kind of a lame first impression, but the actual item was fine.

From a distance it looks fine, which is probably why it comes across better online, but once I had it in hand I noticed a few rough spots in the finish quickly. The clasp also feels a bit cheap, which kind of throws off the whole thing for me. Shipping was totally fine, so no issues there, but the chain itself was a letdown.

I was disappointed with the stone when it arrived. It looked dull and kind of cloudy in real life, it definitely didn’t have the shine I expected from the photos. After wearing it a few times, it just started to feel a bit cheap. For the price, I really thought it would look and feel nicer.
